WHY BEIJECT?

Pickling is the only sure way to obtain a metallically pure stainless steel surface and to achieve and maintain the desired positive properties of the material.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCEDURE:

Impurities such as weld scale, oxide layers, tarnish, extraneous rust and ferrites pressed into the surface by mechanical processing and other surface defects, e.g. organic impurities, which prevent the formation of a perfect passive layer, are removed by pickling.

AT A+H ANLAGENTECHNIK

After professional pickling, the passive layer is formed again. To accelerate this formation of the passive layer, the surface is activated with the passivating agent. This activation causes the layer to build up faster and thicker. This is particularly recommended when parts have to be used quickly after the treatment process, and also as an additional safeguard that the passive layer is formed evenly.
